Saper Law’s entertainment practice counsels a variety of musicians, record labels, artist managers, agents, and other individuals working in the music industry. In this month’s Seminar at Saper Law, Daliah Saper and William Kramer, Saper Law associate, will discuss the basics of music law.
The presentation will consist of an explanation of copyrights, trademarks, and the key provisions in most publishing and licensing contracts. Daliah Saper will conclude the presentation by discussing modern music distribution models and the monetization of musical content online.
